Lenovo is releasing a Chromebook with a Ryzen processor from AMD for the first time. This is the ThinkPad C13 Yoga Enterprise, a laptop with a 13.3 “screen. The manufacturer will supply the laptop with up to a Ryzen 7 3700C processor.
It’s about a laptop within the Yoga line with a 360 degree hinge. The laptop has a maximum of an AMD Ryzen 3700C processor with integrated Radeon GPU on board. The ThinkPad Chromebook can be supplied with a Full HD LCD or optionally a 4k OLED display with a resolution of 13.3 inches. The touch screen also has a brightness of 300cd / m² at a full-hd resolution or 400cd / m² at 4k. The device has 16GB DDR4 memory and 256GB eMMC storage. There is also an M.2 slot for further expansion.
The laptop is equipped with a fingerprint scanner and a physical slider for the webcam. The laptop also has two USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports and two USB-C 3.2 ports, an HDMI 2.0 port and a card reader. The device supports Wi-Fi 6, or 802.11 AX and Bluetooth 5.0. The dimensions are 307x212x15 millimeters and the device weighs 1.497 kilograms. The battery capacity is 51Wh and can last for about ten hours, according to Lenovo.
The Yoga ThinkPad C13 costs $ 579. Converted and including VAT, that is about 592 euros. It is not known exactly when the laptop will appear in the Netherlands.
