Lenovo launches new ThinkStation P350 workstations

Lenovo comes with its next generation of entry-level workstations: the ThinkStation P350 Tower, Small Form Factor (SFF) and Tiny.

The three new workstations are equipped with PCIe Gen 4 support for faster access to advanced storage technologies, as well as enhanced professional graphics support. This latest generation of desktop workstations will be Lenovo’s most powerful entry-level model. “From engineering and architecture to finance and higher education, these new desktop workstations offer versatile, flexible, and ISV-certified performance at any size best suited to users’ needs and work environments,” Lenovo said.

Big and small

The ThinkStation P350 Tower and SFF are built with the latest high-performance Intel Core or Xeon processors with support for up to 11th generation Intel Core or Intel Xeon W processor. The Tower and SFF offer Nvidia RTX professional graphics cards, with the Tower already offering support for the Nvidia RTX A5000 graphics card. In addition to the 500W power supply, the tower chassis also features a new 750W PSU option. “It gives high-end GPU users the power they need to tackle advanced workflows,” the company says.

The ThinkStation P350 Tiny (pictured) is the smallest workstation on the market, according to Lenovo, “96 percent smaller than a traditional desktop.” The Tiny also uses an 11th generation Intel Core processor. The new workstation is only 18x18cm in size and only 4cm thick, and weighs less than one and a half kilos. Tiny has six USB ports (two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A, three USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A, and one USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C), two display ports, and an HDMI port.
