Lenovo is showing off some new laptops in its ThinkPad and Yoga lineup. For the first, the company comes with the new generations of the ThinkPad X1 Carbon, but there are also new Yoga and Nano. All three are in the higher segment and now consist of more recycled materials.
The laptops are all about “recycled materials in some components,” writes the manufacturer. For example, the 11th Generation ThinkPad X1 Carbon is 90% recycled magnesium on the palm rest and 55% magnesium at the bottom. The laptops also pack Intel’s 13th generation Raptor Lake processors, with the Yoga having the 15W U-series like last year, the Nano the 28W P-series, and Carbon users of the U and P-series to choose from . This latest laptop also now packs twice as much memory as the 10th generation one: It had 32GB Lpddr5, but the new version gets 64GB Lpddr5. The Carbon and Yoga cost 1599 and 1799 euros respectively and will be available in April. The Nano will not appear in Europe.
Additionally, Lenovo is releasing new versions of some of its consumer devices, namely the IdeaPad Pro 5/5i, IdeaPad Slim 5/5i, IdeaCentre Mini 5i, IdeaPad Flex 3i Chromebook, and Lenovo Tab M9. The main difference between the previous versions is that they contain the latest hardware from AMD, Intel or Nvidia. Additionally, the IdeaPad Slim 5i and IdeaPad Slim 5 now feature an OLED display.

Monitor
In addition to laptops, Lenovo is also announcing a number of new monitors. A standout is the ThinkVision P49w-30. This is the first 49” ultrawide monitor with IPS Black technology. Previously, these panels were only available in 27 and 32 inches. The P49w-30 should cost 2299 euros and will be released in July.
Lenovo is also shipping new versions of its ThinkVision miniLED monitors. These P27pz-30 and P32pz-30 both contain support for wide color spaces thanks to DCI-P3 and Adobe RGB and can be connected via USB-C. Finally, Lenovo ships with three business monitors that are distinguished primarily by their 5 megapixel webcam with infrared lens: T27hv-30, T24mv-30 and T24v-30. The first two mentioned also contain a Microsoft Teams button, so that you should be able to open the video calling application immediately. These three monitors have a suggested retail price of 559, 399 and 299 euros respectively. The T27hv-30 and T24v-30 will be available in June; the T24mv-30 will appear a month earlier.
