LendInvest completes securitization of £285m of UK mortgages

LendInvest plc provides a UK mortgage platform. The company provides short-term mortgages, development loans and property purchase loans to intermediaries, landlords and developers across the UK. The Mortgages Division segment offers professional landlord and owner occupier mortgages, as well as a range of bridging loans. The Capital division offers structured financing, mainly to real estate developers. The company offers a range of mortgage products, such as residential loans, BTL loans, bridging loans and development loans. Its capital products include funds, covered bonds, capital markets, co-investments, syndications, self-selected platforms, covered bonds, development financing, structure financing. The company’s backers and investors include pension funds, insurers and global institutions such as HSBC, JP Morgan, Citigroup and National Australia Bank.
