Köditz and Nagel expressed doubts about the allegation of membership in a criminal organization.

If one takes publicly available information as a basis, then the prosecution and the investigators of the State Office of Criminal Investigation in Saxony are “not in a position to state when and under what circumstances, by whom and with what roles this association is supposed to have come about”.

The 26 year old Lina E. has been in custody for ten months. Two people of the same age from Leipzig and Berlin and a 36-year-old from Leipzig are at large. The prosecution accuses them of membership in a criminal organization and of dangerous bodily harm, particularly serious breach of the peace and damage to property.
