Leipzig back on course for the Champions League – sport.ORF.at

RB Leipzig has returned to a Champions League spot in the German Bundesliga. Thanks to his goalkeeper Christopher Nkunku, coach Domenico Tedesco’s team won 1-0 (0-0) at VfL Bochum on Sunday. Due to the success, the Europa League round of 16 edged out SC Freiburg, who had the same number of points, from fourth place due to the better goal difference.

Nkunku scored the decisive goal in the 81st minute. It was the 14th goal of the season in the Bundesliga for the French offensive player. The Austrian Konrad Laimer came on at Leipzig in the 81st minute.
