The commercial law firm Leinemann Partner has appointed Christoph Conrad, Hauke Meyhöfer, Andreas Rosenauer, Marco Michael Hohensee, Felix S. Thomas and Daniel Altenburg as junior partners with effect from July 1, 2022. The law firm is thus strengthening the management team of the young partners from its own ranks.

The law firm recently initiated the generational transition in the management of the law firm and appointed the two partners Bastian Haverland and Henrik M. Nonhoff to the executive board, which also includes Jochen Lüders and Jarl-Hendrik Kues.
Christoph Conrad has been working for Leinemann Partner in Berlin since 2007. His focus is on advising and representing companies in the areas of private construction and architect law, public construction and specialist planning law, and environmental and nature conservation law.
Hauke Meyhöfer has been working as a lawyer in Hamburg since 2015, primarily in the area of private construction law and architect law. Here advises on the drafting of contracts, during construction and after completion of the construction project for both the contractor and the client and in public building planning and building law.
Andreas Rosenauer began his career in 2016 as a lawyer at Leinemann Partner’s Berlin office and moved to the Hamburg office in the summer of 2017. The focus of his work lies in advising on complex procurement projects on the part of the bidder and client.
Marco Michael Hohensee has been part of Leinemann Partner’s Berlin team since 2018. His main focus is on public procurement law, where he advises bidders and clients on complex tenders. In addition, Marco Michael Hohensee handles litigation and advises on private construction law and compliance.
Felix S. Thomas began his professional career as a lawyer in 2018 in the Frankfurt office of Leinemann Partner. His main areas of activity are in private construction and real estate law – there in particular in infrastructure projects and regularly in connection with factual supplements and questions on construction-time claims.
Daniel Altenburg has been supporting the Munich office since 2018 and advises construction companies on both the client and contractor side. One focus of his work is providing legal advice during construction in private construction law as well as defending, securing and enforcing claims in legal disputes. He is also active in public procurement law.
