An official source confirmed that Al-Ahly club midfielder Hussein Al-Shahat needs 8 weeks before the start of the qualification phase with Al-Ahly club, to participate in the training after that in preparation to return again to participate in the matches.
Hussein Al-Shahat had recently undergone surgery, which was postponed due to the pressure of the team’s matches, and then was postponed for months due to the crisis of the spread of the Corona virus emerging (Covid-19).
The source said in his statements to “Yalla Koura” “Hussein Al-Shahat needs 10 weeks since the day he performed the surgery in order for him to start after the rehabilitation phase.”
He added, “Al-Shahat has been close to two weeks since he had the surgery, so we are talking about 8 weeks left.”
He concluded his remarks, “After the end of that period, Al-Shahat can be present in Al-Ahly’s training, but to implement a rehabilitation program under the supervision of the loads planner and the team doctor, through which the player will participate in team training with the team.”
