For seven years, Klas Eriksson and Alfred Svensson have entertained the Swedish people with the popular program Leif & Billy. Their popular characters, the Öhman brothers, have become immensely popular and in the last year they have done both a stage show and released a song on Spotify. Given the series and the popularity of the characters, many people wonder what the future looks like and in one interview with The Express says Klas Eriksson that he and his colleague Alfred Svensson want to do something new with the characters Leif and Billy. He believes that they are eager to make a feature film about the brothers.
– Or a winter season. Maybe “Leif and Billy in the mountains” or “on Mallorca”, says Klas Eriksson.

No classic nuclear family for Leif Öhman
The question is what we can expect from a possible feature film and in one interview with The evening paper the actors discuss their characters’ futures and whether or not there’s a chance we’ll see the brothers marry and start a family in the film.
– Maybe, you never know. But then Leif would probably have a really dysfunctional family constellation. It won’t be a classic nuclear family for him, says Klas Eriksson.
During the course of the series, we have seen Leif fall in love with both one and another woman. Not least in the first season where he does everything in his power to make it happen with the neighbor played by Happy Jankell. As for little brother Billy, on the other hand, Alfred Svensson believes that marriage is probably not for him.
– Billy has few other interests so it is doubtful if he will ever get married.
