You can’t start the week better than how the Leicester. After securing their return to the Premier League last season after last season’s relegation, the ‘foxes’ secured the title of champions of the Championship after clearly defeating the Preston (3-0).

Jamie Vardy, who if not, was the protagonist of the victory at 37 years old, thus extending his legend in the club. While it is being considered whether he is going to be offered a new contract to play in the top English division, the lethal striker showed that he is still capable of several more runs with a double (37′ and 52′) that started a total party to which added later McAteer (67′).
The only thing that could spoil Leicester’s party in the coming weeks is the possible sanction for failing to comply with Financial Fair Play. The ‘Foxes’ risk a points deduction, but even so Enzo Maresca and company continue celebrating, culminating a season in which they have hard-earned a return to England’s top division on the field.
