Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (PGAS) today, Monday (03/05/2021) held an Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS). As a result, starting with the President Director and several directors being removed.
The AGMS dismissed Suko Hartono from the position of President Director of PGN and appointed Muhammad Haryo Yunianto as President Director.
In addition, the AGMS also decided to dismiss a number of directors, including the Director of Strategy and Business Development, which is held by Syahrial Mukhtar, Finance Director Arie Nobelta Kaban, and Director of Infrastructure and Technology Redy Ferryanto.
Meanwhile, the AGMS appointed Heru Setiawan, former Pertamina Director as Director of Strategy and Business Development, Fadjar Harianto Widodo as Director of Finance and Risk Management, and Achmad Muchtasyar as Director of Infrastructure and Technology.
Commercial Director Faris Aziz and Director of Human Resources and General Beni Syarif Hidayat remain on the board of directors with additional nomenclature, namely Faris Aziz as Director of Sales and Operations, and Beni Syarif Hidayat as Director of HR and Business Support.
