Jennifer GatesBill Gates’ eldest daughter officially married her boyfriend, Nayel Nassar, on Friday night local time.
This marriage is the next step, after the two have been engaged for quite a while. Jennnifer Gates, now 25, is married to Egyptian equestrian Nayel Nassar, who is 30.
Reported exclusively from Daily Mail quoted detikcom, the sacred promise of the bride and groom is carried out in Islam. Although until now there has been no news whether Jennifer officially converted to Islam.
The marriage ceremony, which was held in a 142-hectare park in North Salem, New York, United States, was only attended by 300 invited guests. Including Bill Gates and Melinda, who are divorced, came as witnesses to the marriage of their eldest daughter.
Meanwhile, Jennifer and Nayel’s wedding reception was held at a horse field worth Rp. 2 trillion, which Bill Gates bought for his daughter after graduating from Stanford. It was also reported that the music group Coldplay was present as an entertainer at the event.
