Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – Ministry State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) appointed Ansor Youth Movement functionary Rahmat Hidayat Pulungan as Independent Commissioner of PT Kimia Farma Tbk (KAEF). The appointment is one of the results of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) for the 2021 KAEF Fiscal Year which was held today.
As quoted from the official website of KAEF, Rahmat will serve as an independent commissioner until the AGM for the 2025 Fiscal Year.
Rahmat is known to have completed his Doctoral education in Human Resources Management at the State University of Jakarta as well as a Masters in Population and Environment education also at UNJ.
Rahmat’s previous positions were Commissioner of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) (2017-2021), Commissioner of PT Rekayasa Industri (2015-2017) and Commissioner of PT Berdikari (Persero) (2013-2015).
At GP Ansor, Rahmat had served as one of the chairmen under the leadership of General Chairperson of GP Ansor Yaqut Cholil Qoumas. Yaqut has been serving as minister of religion since the end of last year in the Advanced Indonesia Cabinet.
The EGMS also decided to change the nomenclature and composition of the company’s management where the EGMS approved and appointed Jasmine Kamiasti Karsono as Director of Portfolio & Business Development, and changed the nomenclature of the company’s management, namely Imam Fathorrahman as Director of Marketing & Commercial who previously served as Director of Business Development.
