National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo immediately formed a special internal team, which will also synergize with Komnas HAM, after the irregularities in the police shootout incident with the police at the residence of the Head of the Propam Police Division Inspector General Ferdy Sambo were heard. However, he suggested that the case of Brigadier J or Nopriansyah Yosua Hutabara, who was shot dead by Bharada E, was handled by a three-star Police official, and it was realized that this case was led by the Deputy Chief of Police.
“But one more thing, withdraw it to the National Police Headquarters, not at the Polres level again. So this is the full attention of the National Police Chief,” he said.
The PDIP legislator admitted that he had communicated with the National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit about the incident where the police shot the police. Trimedya said that the incident of police shooting at the police received direct attention from President Jokowi.

Therefore, Trimedya believes that the case of Brigadier Y who was shot and killed must be handled directly by the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police. In order, said Trimedya, to facilitate coordination of handling.
