1. Portrait of the constituency
The photograph of the map of the 9e constituency of Moselle is misleading. This reveals the image of a half-urban, half-rural electoral land. A classic duality embodied by the city center Thionville and its neighbor Yutz with the green satellite cantons of Bouzonville and Metzervisse.
In reality, a common attraction homogenizes this territory: Luxembourg, this rich neighbor which aspires ambitions and cross-border workers at a constantly growing rate (+ 4.7%) from one year to the next.
