– After switching sides, we corrected the line-up, which meant that we were building attacks much better, we were more dangerous between the lines and at the goal. We missed it in the first 45 minutes, where the play from behind turned out to be too sterile and vague. A round of applause for the guys for enduring a difficult moment when you had to be patient. And in the second half – I think – they prevailed, created a few situations and deservedly won.
– Behind us is the match, the importance of which was very important for us and for Górnik. Łęczna, as I mentioned earlier, before the cup match with us, they had a series in which they lost only 1 out of 13 games. Defeating this team twice in such a short time was not easy. I really appreciate that.
– I appreciate that in the first half – even though we had trouble creating the situation – we were consistent, we didn’t lose our heads, which is a risk when the game is not sticky. It is important not to make a large number of mistakes under your own goal and not to let your opponent score anything. I think after switching sides, we presented a much better, more specific game. Good entry by Maciek Rosołek. We are already used to Josue playing like he does, which is at a very high level. Today Bartek Slisz joined him, Mattias Johansson played a good match. They were all extremely solid in defense. Rosołek scored an important goal again – we can say that he got us used to it. Tomas Pekhart has done a lot of work from the front, his goals will come as well. Congratulations to all the guys listed and unmentioned. Winning the next match, and on the territory of a formidable opponent, is a big thing.
– Maciej Rosołek is a very important player for me. Already during my first term in office, he gave me a lot, and now he continues to do so. He is constantly fighting for a position in the team. Recently, he was irregular in Arka Gdynia and it is hard for him to suddenly turn out to be a leading figure in Legia. And for this reason, he is also often a “victim” because he is not playing in his position. He is the attacker – and that is beyond question. However, he is a boy who puts a lot of heart. When he is going to compete on the wing, he does everything for the team, so I’m very happy with him. I hope that thanks to the next goals and good performances, he will achieve such a status that he will be able to perform more often where he is – in my opinion – the most useful, that is in the front.
