Blizzard announces a new event in Heroes of the Storm with new skins and mounts
We have waited a few months but the latest Blizzard MOBA news is here, which will enter the game this December 7th. This time we have two new events that overlap and I will tell you all the details below.
6.5th Anniversary: To celebrate the sixth anniversary – with an additional half year delay to reference the wink of the HotS score of 6.5 / 10 at launch – we will have a mount and two new banners available in-game (with a recolor in purple), as well as portraits and graffiti with commemorative numbers. The time to get them is 2 weeks, with an estimated end date of 12/21/2021 so it is better to hurry to log into the game and get them before they disappear.

“Legends of the past” is the new event that wants to commemorate those Heroes who have become legends in their corresponding games but live forever in the nexus, presenting new skins with different colors for said heroes. Below we can see the images of the new basic skins added for Kerrigan, Raynor, Li Ming, Butcher and Rehgar (at the end of the article)

Also at this event the new mount “explosive sheep“; different recolors of the “iron kite” motorcycle and, in the case of skins that we already knew, more colors are available, some for a limited time that will not appear in the game again (as is the case with the new colors of Varian) .

With the arrival of all these changes; begins a new season of Rankeds in Storm League with a new mount “enchanted cat”As a reward for reaching 35 victories (in two colors). The end of the season date has not yet been set, as is the full event.

This time the special seasonal loot from previous years available will be Halloween and Christmas – with the following icons 
– so we can get skins and mounts that correspond to those two events while the new “legends of the past” lasts.
In terms of gameplay, changes have been made to the PTR, which will be introduced at the same time as the patch, adjusting the skills and talents of various heroes. These changes include a Rework to Rehgar that modifies several of the basic characteristics of the hero and talents and a global change that makes the wells of all maps invulnerable and destroyed only when the entire fort falls, for this it has been Increased the health of forts and fortresses (as is currently the case in the ARAM game mode).
