Legendary actor of the century – Veekshanam

Hidden is the all-time legend of football. Pelé is the only team member to have won three World Cups. He was a member of the Brazilian team that won the 1958, 1962 and 1970 World Cups. He scored 77 goals for Brazil. He was also selected as the Sportsman of the Century by the International Olympic Committee.
Real name was Edson Aranez do Nascimento. His parents gave him the name of Thomas Edison. Subsequently, the nickname Pele came from the goalkeeper of Vasco Bilay. Pele is one of the greatest footballers the world has ever seen. He started playing for professional club Santos at the age of fifteen. Pele joined the Brazilian soccer team at the age of 16 as he performed brilliantly.
The first match was against traditional rivals Argentina. Brazil lost 1-2 against Argentina that day, but Pelé debuted by scoring the only goal for Brazil. In 1958, at the age of seventeen, he captured the attention of the entire soccer world with his World Cup final against Sweden, while in 1962 and 1963 Sanros won the Intercontinental Cup. Pele was the highest paid athlete during his playing career.
His ability to score with both feet set him apart from the others. Pele scored 1297 goals in 1367 matches.
