Retro-style Legend Signature Series SUV with V8 engine shown
The premiere of the custom Legend Signature Series 2024 SUV took place. It features a retro-style design, impressive characteristics and equipment. Under the hood is an eight-cylinder V8 engine from General Motors. The price of the new item is indicated at 23 million rubles.
As for the appearance of the new SUV, it is in many ways similar to the Land Rover Defender. By the way, when working on this project, Legend Motor engineers from Salt Lake City were inspired by the Land Rover model. But the technical characteristics are largely borrowed from the Jeep Wrangler. The custom SUV is equipped with reliable and time-tested elements. Thus, Dana 60 HD axles with ARB Air Locker pneumatic locks are announced for the SUV (photo: Legend Motor).
In addition, the car has a spring suspension, adjustable shock absorbers, wheels with 37-inch tires and Wilwood brakes. Aluminum is used for the body, but areas experiencing increased load are lined with Kevlar. The naturally aspirated engine produces 461 hp, but a 659 hp engine will be available for an additional fee. The interior is designed in the style of a classic Defender.
At the same time, Mazda and Subaru faced serious problems. The assembly of their cars at the Daihatsu plant was suspended indefinitely.
