One month free trial membership for promotional purposes
Offer conditions: We may, at our sole discretion, occasionally offer a free one-month trial period for a paid marketing plan (“Trial Period”). To activate the trial period, you must (1) enroll in the applicable paid marketing plan of your choice and (2) provide us with valid payment information at the time of enrollment. The free trial does not apply to additional fees or one-time fees, including but not limited to fees for transactional email (formerly known as Mandrill), SMS marketing, website rates, pay-as-you-go credits, Facebook -Ads or Google Ads. If you exceed the allowed number of contacts or emails sent during your free trial, Mailchimp may change your contact tier to a more cost-effective option after your free trial ends once billing begins. We will notify you if we automatically adjust your tier or plan, and you will have the option to change your contacts or audience size, or choose a different plan. After the trial period ends, you will be billed monthly at the then current rate for the paid marketing plan you selected and your current contact level until you cancel or switch to another paid monthly marketing plan or a free marketing plan. We will inform you about the expiration of your trial period before the trial period ends. If your payment method on file is declined, you will need to provide us with a new, valid payment method for the paid marketing plan. Otherwise, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your continued use of the Paid Marketing Plan without further notice.
To qualify for this offer, you must be either a new Mailchimp customer or an existing Free Marketing plan customer with an account created within the last ninety (90) days in select countries and registered via the Start Free Trial button (or similar wording) to register for a Standard or Essentials plan. The 1-month free trial offer cannot be combined with other Mailchimp offers and is only available for a limited time. One offer per Mailchimp account. This offer cannot be combined with other Mailchimp offers and offers cannot be applied consecutively. The offer will be applied at checkout and will show the amount due today in your applicable free trial currency as 0.00. Immediately after you meet the qualifying criteria, this offer will be applied as a discount on your Mailchimp plan for the first invoice. Your paid marketing plan downgrade will take effect at the end of the monthly billing cycle. You will not receive a refund for fees already billed. Mailchimp accounts with compliance suspensions or violations are not eligible.
