Selection criteria : The award criteria are as follows:
– Nature and extent of guarantees – quality of contractual clauses: 10 points (coef. 5)
– Pricing: 10 points (coef. 4)
– Modalities and procedure for managing files: 10 points (coef. 1)
PROOF OF PARTICIPATION: – A DC1 model application letter (version updated on 04/01/2019) or equivalent.
– The declaration of the DC2 model candidate (version updated on 04/01/2019) or equivalent for each member of the group.
– The mandate of the insurance company to the broker, if applicable.
– The mandate of the insurance company to the agent, if applicable.
– For insurance intermediaries, the certificate of registration in a register of insurance intermediaries (ORIAS certificate or any other equivalent certificates from organizations established in a Member State other than France)
– The power of the person empowered to hire the candidate.
– The declaration concerning the overall turnover and the turnover concerning the services covered by the contract, realized during the last three financial years available.
– The list of significant references, particularly in the field of public buyers, for each of the last 3 years.
– The declaration indicating the candidate’s average annual workforce and the number of supervisory staff.
– If the DC1 form is not used, the declaration on honor that the candidate does not enter into any of the cases of prohibition to tender provided for in articles
L. 2141-1 to L. 2141-5 or articles L. 2141-7 to L. 2141-10 of the public order code.
– For insurance intermediaries, the insurance and financial guarantee certificate in accordance with the Insurance Code.
– Pursuant to article R. 2143-4 of the public procurement code, the candidate can submit his application in the form of a single European market document (ESPD) instead of the documents mentioned in article R. 2143-3 of the public order code.
– In the event of a consortium, a DC1 common to the consortium and, by each member of the consortium, the documents mentioned above must be provided.
– The insurance intermediary who applies for an insurance company must provide the documents required for the application, for the company represented and for himself.
