On behalf of KESB, as a legal professional advisor, you will support, support and represent people in managing their legal, financial, social and personal matters.

Mandate management and legal advice

You carry out legal and social work mandates, advise professional colleagues with different educational backgrounds on legal issues and take on the legal representation of clients on a delegation basis.

Experience

Ideally, you have both legal professional experience and experience in the area of ​​child and adult protection, where you have good knowledge of the social sector (social work) and Swiss social services.

Training

You have a university degree in law and have a CAS “Leadership of Child and Adult Protection Measures” or are prepared to complete this in the first three years of employment.
