Your tasks
Representation and support
On behalf of KESB, as a legal professional advisor, you will support, support and represent people in managing their legal, financial, social and personal matters.
Situation analysis and solution finding
You analyze problems, structure information and obtain necessary documents. On this basis, you will work with the people affected to develop solutions and implementation plans that will accompany you consistently.
Mandate management and legal advice
You carry out legal and social work mandates, advise professional colleagues with different educational backgrounds on legal issues and take on the legal representation of clients on a delegation basis.
your profile
Experience
Ideally, you have both legal professional experience and experience in the area of child and adult protection, where you have good knowledge of the social sector (social work) and Swiss social services.
Training
You have a university degree in law and have a CAS “Leadership of Child and Adult Protection Measures” or are prepared to complete this in the first three years of employment.

The Office for Legal Aid and Adult Protection (ABES) is part of the Department of Economics, Social Affairs and the Environment. On behalf of the Child and Adult Protection Authority (KESB), it provides assistance to people who need support in their everyday lives and in handling their financial or legal affairs.
In the legal mandate center, on the one hand, legal representations are conducted and, on the other hand, all legal services that are required within the framework of legal representation are generally provided.
