LHH Recruitment Solutions, a recruitment consultancy, specialized temporary work, transition management, and evaluation of experts, executives and managers, recruits for its client in the defense sector, a Legal Contract Manager (f/m) for a 6-month interim mission, based in Mérignac (33).

Reporting to the Legal and Contracts Manager of the Customer Support & Service Sector, you will be responsible for the following missions:
▪ Ensure the legal security of the CSS Sector’s commitments
▪ Ensure compliance with the Group’s Compliance program and, in conjunction with Trade Compliance specialists, applicable export control regulations
▪ Assist the Offers teams in preparing responses to calls for tenders
▪ Assist the Project teams by setting up a suitable management contract
▪ Contribute to the implementation of awareness/training actions for internal customers
▪ Participate in documentary archiving and various administrative tasks of the legal and contracts department
Your profile
Required profile
Holder of a Bac+5 in Business Law or equivalent, ideally complemented by training in Engineering/Management or Business School. You with 5 years of experience in the legal and contracts department of an international company and/or a law firm. You have an excellent command of commercial and legal English, as well as IT tools (Office Pack).
Remuneration: according to your profile.
Localisation : position based in Mérignac (33).
