Announcement of the Civil Society of Lawyers MAK

The Civil Society of Lawyers MAK, specialized in Business Law, Recovery, Banking and especially in OHADA law, in partnership with Abed KAYEMBE ACADEMY organizes with the support of the Bar of Kinshasa / Matete, a day of reinforcement of legal capacities and professionals on the legal modes of realization of the conventional, legal and judicial mortgage in OHADA law with regard to the case law of the CCJA and the national courts of the DRC ruling in mortgage matters, this, for the attention of users and practitioners rights as well as trade professionals or consumers of bank loans in the Capital of the DRC, we have mentioned, the City of Kinshasa.

Location: CEPAS opposite the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Kinshasa (DRC).

For this second edition, following the one held on February 8 to 10 on judicial seizures under the era of OHADA law: Legal procedures and incidences, the persons targeted are in addition, magistrates, lawyers, legal defenders, bailiffs of Justice and Registrars, mention should be made of corporate lawyers, bankers, credit consumers, mortgage creditors or debtors, sureties or mortgage grantors, the Federation of Congolese Companies, FEC in acronym, the Association of Congolese Banks, the Central Bank of Congo, BCC in acronym, Monetary and Regulatory Authority, Deans of Law Faculty of Public or Private Universities, Notaries as well as Registrars of Real Estate Titles, etc.
