Legacy, the blockchain business sim from Peter Molyneux, has a release date. The game will be released on October 26 for PC and Mac.
In Legacy, to get started, players must purchase a piece of land with real money in the form of a Land NFT. They can then start their own company on this piece of land, which can produce different things with all kinds of raw materials. Players can then sell their products worldwide in an open market. They can also sell their land ownership if desired.
Legacy was unveiled two years ago, when blockchain games were attracting a lot of attention and crypto coins were at their highest level. Since then, however, everything has plummeted in value and many NFTs are worth next to nothing. The question is therefore whether the momentum for Legacy has not long passed.
