In the 22nd episode of MBN’s ‘Adults Don’t Know High School Daddy 5’ (hereinafter referred to as ‘High School Daddy 5’), which will be aired on the 20th, Lee Seong-eun, who became a mother at the age of 21, appeared and said, “There is something I really want to quit right now, but I’ve been thinking about it again recently. “It’s hard to quit with my own will alone,” he said, and is pictured asking 3 MCs Park Mi-sun, Seo Jang-hoon, and In Gyo-jin for help.
First, Lee Seong-eun reveals the story of how she became a ‘teenage mother’ through a reenactment drama. Lee Seong-eun, who said, “I grew up with my grandparents as a child and was teased a lot by my friends,” added, “Every time my father brought a new mother, I hoped she would become a real mother, but they all left. Then, my biological mother, who I thought was dead, came back to live with me when I was in 6th grade. “But it was very different from what I had dreamed of, so I wandered,” he confesses.
Lee Seong-eun, who said, “When I was in middle school, I went to a youth shelter in a foreign country on my own to avoid my family,” added, “Later, I worked part-time independently in a place where I had no connections, and then we met on a blind date, and I fell in love with the man’s caring appearance, so I stayed there for two weeks. “After living together for the first time in a while, I got pregnant after a month,” she added, surprising the studio cast.
Lee Seong-eun suffered a second shock when she confessed, “I decided to have a child with my boyfriend’s persuasion, but in the second month of pregnancy, I found out that my boyfriend was cheating on me with the blind date arranger.” Nevertheless, Lee Seong-eun expressed regret by saying, “I wanted to live in a harmonious family at least once in my life,” and “I was worried about whether I should let go of my husband (who cheated).” Park Mi-seon is upset by Lee Seong-eun’s frustrating story, saying, “I don’t understand why you’re worried about a man who cheated on you four times.”
When the reenactment drama ended, Lee Seong-eun appeared in the studio and exchanged greetings with the 3 MCs. Immediately after, Lee Seong-eun shared her current situation, saying, “I am currently divorced (with the man in the reenactment drama) and living with my son.” However, she added, “Actually, there is something I want to quit so much, but I’ve been thinking about it again recently. “I came here because I wanted to get help because it was hard to quit with my own will alone,” he said, instantly freezing the studio.
In response, the 3MC was very nervous, saying, “You can’t possibly be thinking of that man (ex-husband), right?”, but what exactly it is that Lee Seong-eun wants to quit and the solution to this will be revealed in the episode ‘Adults Don’t Know’, which airs at 10:20 pm on the same day. You can check it out in episode 22 of ‘High School Mom 5’.

What were some of the biggest challenges Lee Seong-eun faced as a teenage mother and how did she cope with them?
Welcome to the World-Today-News podcast! Today, we are thrilled to interview Lee Seong-eun, who recently shared her shocking story of becoming a teenage mom on the popular show ‘Adults Don’t Know High School Daddy 5’. Lee Seong-eun, can you please tell us more about how you became a single mother at such a young age?
Lee Seong-eun: Sure, thank you for having me. As I shared in the interview, I had a tough childhood with my family and was emotionaly hurt. I eventually went to live on my own. It was during this time that I met the person who would become my husband. Unfortunately, he was unfaithful and cheated on me with the person who arranged our blind date. Despite everything, I decided to have the child and they both appeared on the show together.
Wow, that’s quite a difficult situation you found yourself in. Can you tell us your thoughts on facing such challenges at such a young age? How did you cope with the emotions and the unexpected circumstances?
Lee Seong-eun: I was devastated and felt betrayed by both men in my life. But at the same time, I felt like I had no one else to turn to. I thought maybe we could restart our relationship and have a happy family. I also wrestled with feelings of guilt because I felt like I had ruined everyone’s lives by getting pregnant. I tried to push through and make the best of the situation.
You mentioned feeling guilty – were there societal pressures or expectations that contributed to that feeling? How did you deal with those?
Lee Seong-eun: Absolutely. There were many people who judged me and made me feel like I had brought this upon myself. I also felt ashamed of my family situation, which was already quite unconventional. I tried to ignore the criticism and focus on myself and my child. I wanted to be a good mother and provide everything for him.
What would be your message to other young women facing similar challenges?
Lee Seong-eun: My message would be to trust yourself and your instincts. Don’t settle for less than you deserve, especially in relationships. Seek support from those who care about you
