Lee Seok-hoon of the group SG Wannabe shared his experience of going on a strict diet.
On the 16th, a video of Lee Seok-hoon appearing as a guest on YouTube’s ‘Physical Gallery’ and having a conversation with Kim Gye-ran was released.
Seok-Hoon Lee said, “I like exercise, and I have no choice but to do it. “I am the type of person who gains weight very easily and I am not naturally good-looking, so I think I have to force myself to do it,” he said.
He continued, “I go to the gym on an empty stomach. I don’t like having something in my stomach when I exercise. “I don’t eat, I exercise, and I eat well afterward,” he added.
Seok-Hoon Lee said, “I don’t tend to exercise while starving. I carry chicken breast and carbohydrates in my room. However, it is not good for the body compared to living like that. “I get a lot of hits,” he confessed.
Lee Seok-hoon, who is 178cm tall and weighs 100kg, said, “I lost up to 64kg without eating much. So all his muscles were gone. In the month before his debut, he lost 15 kg. “He ate a handful of cherry tomatoes, a few eggs, a sweet potato, and vegetables three times a day and exercised on an empty stomach,” he explained.
However, due to rapid weight loss, abnormal signals were detected in the body. Seok-Hoon Lee said, “I lost weight mercilessly and wrongly at a young age, and my body was completely ruined. “He developed stones, felt tired, and had blood in his urine,” he confessed.
Seok-Hoon Lee said, “After that, I came to my senses and thought about adding muscles to my body. ‘Are you satisfied with this level?’ There was a time when I did it, but it got in the way of my activities. “It was like, ‘Are you a gymnast or a singer?’” he said.
