Broadcaster Lee Gyeong-gyu canceled the exclusive contract for non-payment of 100 million appearance fees, and former KENM (formerly Koen) artists such as Yoo Se-yoon, Jang Dong-min, and Jang Do-yeon were known to have failed to receive performance fees, and the wave is growing.
According to a broadcaster on the 11th, Lee Gyeong-gyu canceled his exclusive contract last month because he did not receive a large amount of performance fees from his former agency.
It is reported that while Lee Gyeong-gyu has been actively broadcasting until recently, the appearance fees that Lee Gyeong-gyu did not receive are known to be billions.
It is reported that the situation of not only Lee Kyung-gyu but also a number of artists belonging to the existing KEM is similar. In particular, those who have been active in a number of broadcasting programs, such as Yoo Se-yoon, Jang Dong-min, Yoo Sang-moo, and Jang Do-yeon, who recently made a nest in the new agency, El D Story, are also known to have suffered non-payment of performance fees, and the unpaid damage is greatly increasing.
In this regard, an official on the Eld Story side said, “We are checking the contents,” while KENM, the non-payment entity, does not show such a stance.
Lee Kyung-gyu is active in various entertainment programs such as Kakao TV’Chin Kyung-gyu’, KBS2’Pyeon Restaurant’,’Dog is Great’, Channel A’Urban Fisherman 2′.
