Russia forced to send senior field commanders to the battlefield. They, due to the difficulties in management and the ineffectiveness of the actions of the Russian Federation, are likely to take over the personal leadership of operations.
This is stated in report British intelligence as of 8 May.
It is noted that senior field commanders rarely delegate operational authority to their subordinates, who, in turn, do not receive vital leadership experience.

As UNIAN reported, as of May 7, the Armed Forces of Ukraine had already destroyed 25,100 Russian soldiers.
