Led by the King, the Council of Ministers issues 8 decisions, these details are detailed

Authorize His Royal Highness the Minister of Energy – or his representative – to discuss with the Chadian side a draft cooperation memorandum between the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Government of the Republic of Chad in the field of energy, to sign it, and then submit the final signed copy, to complete the regulatory procedures.

secondly:

Approval of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the State of Belize at ambassadorial level (non-resident), and authorization of His Highness the Minister of Foreign Affairs – or his representative – to sign the draft protocol necessary for this.

Third:

Authorizing His Highness the Minister of Culture – or his representative – to discuss with the Chinese side a draft memorandum of understanding for cooperation in the cultural field between the Ministry of Culture of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Ministry of Culture and People’s Tourism Republic of China, sign it, then send the final signed copy, to complete the systemic procedures.

Fourth:

Approval of a memorandum of understanding on tourism between the Ministry of Tourism of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs of the French Republic.

Fifth:

Authorizing His Excellency the President of the University of Jeddah – or his representative – to negotiate with the Marshall Center at the University of Southern California in the United States of America regarding a draft Memorandum of Understanding between the University of Jeddah in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Marshall Center at the University of Southern California in the United States of America in the field of supply chain management, and to sign it, then upload the final signed copy, to complete the statutory procedures.

Sixth:

Agreeing that the Board of Directors of the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu has the power to establish competition and procurement regulations for the city of Jazan for basic and processing industries in accordance with the relevant provisions contained in Royal Decree No. (M / 75) of 16/9/1395 AH before modifying it.

Seventh:

Approval of the final accounts of the Nuclear and Radiological Regulatory Authority, the Saudi Authority for Data and Artificial Intelligence and King Khalid University for the previous financial years.

Eighth:

Approval of promotions to grades (15th) and (fourteenth), and appointment to the office of (Minister Plenipotentiary), as follows:

– Eng. Abdullah bin Khamis bin Muhammad Al-Zaydi is promoted to the position of (Undersecretary Undersecretary) to the fifteenth grade in the Municipality of the Holy Capital.

– Eng. Fouad bin Khaled bin Abdulaziz Al-Mulhim is promoted to the position of (Secretary Undersecretary) to the fifteenth grade in the Municipality of the Eastern Province.

– Ibrahim bin Rashid bin Ibrahim Al Humaidhi is promoted to the position of Senior Business Adviser at 15th grade in the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.

– Tariq bin Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman bin Muqrin is promoted to the position of Senior Business Adviser to the 15th grade of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers.

– Musaed bin Saleh bin Nasser Al-Khanini to the position of (Business Adviser), grade 14, in the Ministry of the Interior.

– Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman bin Nasser Al-Suwaih is promoted to the position of (Business Advisor), grade 14, in the Ministry of the Interior.

– Anwar bin Abdullah bin Ibrahim Qalam is promoted to the position of (Agricultural Advisor) to 14th grade in the municipality of Riyadh.

Appointment of Khalid bin Abdullah bin Ali Al-Shamrani to the post of (Minister Plenipotentiary) at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The Council of Ministers was also briefed on a number of general topics on the agenda, including an annual report from the General Civil Aviation Authority, and the Council took the necessary measures on these topics.
