Led by the Head of the Authority, this is the composition of the IKN Transition Team

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – Minister of State Secretary (Minister of State) Pratikno has signed the Minister of State Secretary Decree No. 105 of 2022 concerning Transition Team Supporting the Preparation, Development, and Relocation of the Capital of the Archipelago (IKN) on April 28, 2022.

According to a copy of the Ministerial Decree, the Transition Team was led by the Head of IKN, Bambang Susantono.

Then, vice chairman transition team is Deputy Head of IKN Dhonny Rahajoe.

Furthermore, there is a secretariat which consists of three parts, namely:

1). Secretary : Dr. Achmad Jaka Santos Adiwijaya

2). Information and Communication Team:

1. Dr. Sidik Pramono (Coordinator)
2. Himawan Flag, IF.

3). Expert Team:

1. Dr. Ir. Wicaksono Sarosa, MCP (Coordinator)
2. Prof. Dr. Masjaya, M.Si.
3. Sofian Sibarani, ST., MUDD.
4. Irfan Ahadi Tachrir, SH.
5. Yose Rizal, S.T.

In addition, in this Transition Team there is also an Advisory Team chaired by former Minister of National Development Planning/Head of Bappenas Bambang Brodjonegoro and four members.

The four members are Deputy Minister of Environment and Forestry Alue Dohong, former Minister of National Development Planning Andrinof Chaniago, Governor of East Kalimantan Isran Noor, and Deputy for Legislation and Legal Administration at the Ministry of State Secretariat Lydia Silvanna Djaman.

The Head of the IKN Authority, Bambang Susantono, said that according to the IKN Law Number 3 of 2022, the IKN Authority would start operating no later than the end of 2022.

While the Transition Team has been in charge since it was established on April 28, 2022 until the IKN Authority organization is completed.

“The momentum to build IKN this year and next year until 2024 is maintained,” said Bambang.

“All ministries/agencies involved will help during the transition period even though they remain in their respective institutions as long as the IKN Authority has not yet been formed,” he added.
