Led by DeRozan, Bulls beat Spurs 120-109

CHICAGO (AP) — DeMar DeRozan shot 19 of 40 points in the fourth quarter, and the Chicago Bulls beat the San Antonio Spurs 120-109 on Monday night for their fourth straight victory.

It was DeRozan’s seventh straight game with at least 30 points, extending his career high. He is the first player with that kind of streak for the Bulls since Michael Jordan in the 1996-97 season.

Nikola Vucevic had 25 points and 16 rebounds for Chicago, which lost 131-122 to San Antonio on Jan. 28. Coby White hit three 3-pointers and finished with 24 points.

The Bulls were without All-Star Zach LaVine, who missed his second straight game with a sore left knee. Coach Billy Donovan said LaVine will also miss Wednesday’s game against Sacramento.

San Antonio had won three of four games. Lonnie Walker IV had 21 points for the Spurs, and All-Star Dejounte Murray had 19 points and 11 assists.
