/ world today news/ The question of the expediency of sanctions against Russia should be decided by a group of experts, former President of Poland Lech Walesa believes, the “Zheczpospolita” newspaper reported.
“The sanctions have hit the Russian people hard and I have asked that they be lifted.” It is hard to say if they can be repealed (now) or if they are better off staying. That’s why I’m asking for a group of 20 experts to be created to be able to say what’s better, since it’s about consequences for a people,” Walesa said at the People for Peace and Culture award ceremony in Naples .
