On the road to recovery. Lebron James‚Sohn Bronny JamesThe 18-year-old was discharged from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Beverly Hills on July 25 after suffering a scary cardiac arrest. According to a statement on Cedars-Sinai’s website, he was treated “successfully” and is now resting. “Thanks to the prompt and effective response of the USC Athletics medical staff, Bronny James was successfully treated for sudden cardiac arrest,” the statement said. “He arrived at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center fully conscious, neurologically intact and stable. Mr James was promptly attended to by highly qualified staff and released home where he is resting. While his workup is ongoing, we hope for his continued progress and are encouraged by his response, resilience and family and community support.”

Accordingly PEOPLEA representative of the James family confirmed that Bronny has been discharged from the hospital and is in stable condition. On the same day, Bronny’s famous father went to twitter to break his silence on the horrific medical incident involving his eldest child. “I want to thank the countless people who have sent love and prayers to my family,” he tweeted. “We feel you and I am so grateful. Everyone is doing great. We have our family together, safe and sound, and we feel your love. I’ll have more to say when we’re ready, but I wanted to tell everyone how much your support means to all of us! #JamesGang.”

On July 25, news broke of Bronny’s medical emergency, which saw him collapse during a USC basketball practice TMZ shared a sobering statement from the family. “Yesterday Bronny James went into cardiac arrest while practicing,” the statement on Monday, July 24, read. “The medical staff were able to treat Bronny and take him to the hospital. He is now in stable condition and is no longer in intensive care. We ask for respect and privacy for the James family and will update the media as more information becomes available.”
LeBron was seen outside Cedars-Sinai Medical Center on July 25, where Bronny was being treated. The 18-year-old is the eldest of LeBron’s three children with his wife Savannah James.
