We reported earlier this month that Apple is working on new, truly wireless headphones under the Beats brand, called “Beats Studio Buds”. Although the headphones have already been approved by the FCC, the company has yet to announce the product. However, it looks like LeBron James already has a pair of new Beats Studio Buds.
As one of the readers of. Noted, the Los Angeles Lakers player shared a few photos earlier today on his personal Instagram profile. While the photos don’t seem to be anything particularly special, James is wearing white headphones that look like the new Beats Studio Buds.
From the distance the photos were taken, it’s difficult to see the headphones in detail, but they appear to have the Beats branding in the same spot as shown in the footage revealed by .. While the first footage of the Beats Studio Buds which we found show a black model, the system files also indicate that there will be a red and white version – which looks like the one James is wearing.
Beats headphones are extremely popular with gamers and artists, so it’s no surprise that Apple shipped a few units to these people before the official launch. Regarding the Beats Studio Buds,. has learned that it will have a smart charging case, just like AirPods, as well as features like ‘Hey Siri’, automatic pairing with Apple devices, and noise cancellation.
Apple has yet to announce the official release date for the new Beats Studio Buds.
