“Lebanon’s Spring Weather Forecast: Humidity, Fog and Below-Average Temperatures Until Sunday”

The Estimates Department of the Meteorological Authority in Lebanon expected in the evening weather bulletin that a relatively humid and volatile spring weather with temperatures below seasonal averages will dominate Lebanon and the eastern basin of the Mediterranean during the next few days due to the concentration of an air depression over Turkey, and it will continue until Sunday afternoon, when it will gradually settle. Temperatures are expected to rise significantly starting Monday.

Note: The average temperature for May is between 18 and 27 degrees Celsius.

The expected weather in Lebanon:

Friday: Partly cloudy with a noticeable decrease in temperatures in the mountainous and interior areas, and a slight one on the coast where they are below their seasonal rates, with a high percentage of humidity, which sometimes forms dense fog on the heights, which sometimes leads to poor visibility.

Saturday: Partly cloudy to cloudy at times, with no significant change in temperatures, which remain below their seasonal averages on the coast, with the appearance of thick fog remaining on the heights. Light, sporadic and intermittent rain is expected, especially in the northern and mountainous areas, as the winds sometimes activate before noon.

Sunday: Partly cloudy to cloudy at times with medium and high clouds without any change in temperatures. Fog formation continues. Drizzle is expected in the northern regions during the morning period. The weather stabilizes during the day with the onset of a slight rise in temperatures.

Monday: Partly cloudy with medium and high clouds, with a noticeable rise in temperatures, as they exceed seasonal averages on the coast, and local fog forms on the heights during the morning period.
