Lebanon’s Health Minister Assures Sufficient Medical Supplies for Potential War Situation

The Caretaker Minister of Health, Firas Al-Abyad, announced that Lebanon has a stock of medical supplies sufficient for 6 to 8 weeks in the event of a war.

Al-Abyad said, in an interview with Al-Jadeed TV, that the health sector is in a different situation now as a result of the crises, but this does not mean that we give up, adding: “The resources in Lebanon are few, but despite that, what the ministers are doing is the right decision, and I am preparing the health sector for confrontation.”
