Rescue teams working in the flattened Beirut neighborhood where Hezbollah was headquartered recovered the body of the group’s leader Hassan Nasrallah on Sunday, a medical and security source told Reuters.
Hezbollah confirmed Nasrallah’s death in a statement on Saturday, but did not say exactly how he was killed or when his funeral would be held. The two sources told Reuters that Nasrallah’s body had not received direct blows and his cause of death was blunt force trauma from the force of the blast.
Robin Ramaekers, correspondent of the Belgian media VTM News, was at the scene of the murderous attack with his team, and reports that over 100 people may still be trapped under the debris, there are no rescuers in the area, while the general feeling that exists is that “Iran abandoned us”.

At the same time, video from the Anadolu Agency shows… the crater created by the massive bombardment, which resulted in the “demolition” of the buildings that housed – in their basements – the headquarters of Hezbollah and the death of Nasrallah.
