The Estimates Department of the Meteorological Authority in Lebanon expected in the evening weather bulletin that warm weather will gradually dominate Lebanon and the eastern basin of the Mediterranean due to hot air masses originating from Egypt and the Arabian Gulf that will lead to a noticeable rise in temperatures during the coming days.
She pointed out that the average temperature for the month of May is between 18 and 27 degrees Celsius.
The expected weather in Lebanon:
Monday: Very few clouds in general, with a noticeable rise in temperatures, especially on the mountains and indoors.
Tuesday: Sunny, with temperatures continuing to rise significantly, as they exceed seasonal rates, touching 34 degrees in the interior regions, and the humidity is low, so we warn citizens against direct exposure to sunlight for long periods.
Wednesday: Low clouds and the beginning of a gradual and slight decrease in temperatures, as they return to their seasonal rates on the coast.
