Lebanon Weather Forecast: Hot Summer Weather and Rising Temperatures Expected

The Department of Estimates at the Meteorological Authority in Lebanon expected in the evening weather bulletin that normal summer weather will dominate Lebanon and the eastern basin of the Mediterranean during the next few days, with temperatures above their rates that will gradually rise to become hot due to the influence of hot air masses originating from Egypt and the Arabian Peninsula, where temperatures rise. The heat in the interior and in the south of the country in particular peaks on Friday and Saturday and is expected to gradually recede from Sunday.

She pointed out that the average temperature for the month of September in Beirut ranged between 24 and 32 degrees, and in the city of Zahle between 16 and 32 degrees.

The expected weather in Lebanon:

Tuesday: Partly cloudy with an additional and slight rise in temperatures, especially on the mountains and indoors (above their rates by 4 degrees).

Wednesday: Mostly clear to few clouds, with a decrease in humidity and a rise in temperatures, especially over the medium mountains, and in the interior and south of the country, provided that the temperature in Beirut and the northern coast remains within the monthly averages.

Thursday: Mostly clear to few clouds, with an additional rise in temperatures, especially in the southern, mountainous and interior coastal areas (6 degrees above seasonal rates indoors). As the weather becomes hot, we also warn of the risk of fires breaking out in forested areas due to low humidity.
