In response to a question about the condition of hospitals, Al-Abyad confirmed that hospitals are out of service in areas exposed to attacks, and that there are other hospitals that are working at a minimum, and the Ministry of Health was the Public on correction. this case with evacuations to hospitals elsewhere. An Egyptian aid plane loaded with twenty tons of medicine and essential items for emergency situations arrived at Rafic Hariri International Airport. It was received by the Egyptian Ambassador to Lebanon, Alaa Moussa, and the Ministers of Public Health, Dr. Firas Al-Abyad, of the Environment, Nasser Yassin, of the Economy, Amin Salam, and the Head of the Supreme Relief Commission , Major General Mohamed Khair.
Ambassador Moussa confirmed that this support goes hand in hand with efforts to find a political solution to the war that Lebanon is suffering, adding that providing support is still necessary with the large number of displaced and injured people. He emphasized Egypt’s permanent support to Lebanon.
There were statements by Ministers White, Yassin and Salam, noting the support of friends and the importance of humanitarian and relief efforts so that Lebanon can face the burdens of war.
