Sharq – (Beirut):
A Lebanese judicial authority advised Al-Sharq on Tuesday that the High Council of the Judiciary authorized Justice Minister Henry Khoury’s proposal to appoint an auxiliary judicial investigator in the Beirut port blast file.
The judicial reference extra that the acceptance came through the council assembly, on Tuesday, led by Choose Suhail Abboud, to appoint a judicial investigator, Radif, until finally Judge Tariq Bitar is equipped to return to work out his. job.
Sources shut to Bitar also confirmed to Al-Sharq that the selection “sets a harmful precedent” and that “it will not figure out any judge named in this file and will quickly get acceptable actions”.
