“Lebanese Debate”
Joy pervades towns and regions from northern to southern Lebanon, as Lebanese residents and expatriates gather in festivals and celebrations that have returned again after the harsh recent years.
Minister of Social Affairs, Hector Hajjar, refused to share the joy of the Lebanese people, especially the people of Jezzine, on the eve of Our Lady’s Day, as he participated in a concert by the National Orchestra of Oriental Music – Arabic, sponsored by former MP Amal Abu Zeid and the municipality of Jezzine – Ain Magdalen, in the municipal palace square.
In a funny video, Hajjar appeared sitting next to Abu Zaid in the historic Dam Market in Jezzine, while a dancer came to tease him and offered him a drink.
This video gained popularity on social media, as everyone praised the minister’s lightness and kindness.
