Lebanese league: difficult victory for Al-Najma against Al-Safa

Al-Najma Club defeated their counterpart Al-Safa in the eighth round of the Lebanese Football League with a free goal today.

The only goal of the match, Alaa Ezzo, scored a header from Ali Al-Rida’s cross, on 18 minutes.

Al-Najma goalkeeper Ali Al-Sabaa blocked the attacks of Al-Safa players, closing the game with a score (1-0).

Al-Najma upped the score with this win to 19 points in third place temporarily, while Al-Safa’s balance stalled at 8 points in sixth place.
