Occupation Army Radio said that last night, 4 Israeli soldiers were slightly injured as a result of Hezbollah firing rockets at the Lebanese border.
Washington raises the travel warning level for Lebanon
The US State Department raised its warning level against traveling to Lebanon to “do not travel,” citing the security situation related to the exchange of missiles, missiles, and artillery between Israel and Hezbollah.
The Department of State has permitted the voluntary and temporary departure of family members of US government employees and some non-emergency employees from the US Embassy in Beirut due to the unpredictable security situation in Lebanon.
Targeting an Israeli tank
The Lebanese Hezbollah announced, at dawn on Wednesday, that it had targeted a Merkava tank at the Israeli site of the monk, opposite Aita al-Shuhab, in southern Lebanon, killing and wounding its crew.
A Hezbollah statement said, “The group of martyrs Hussein Hani al-Taweel and Mahdi Muhammad Atwi targeted a Merkava tank of the occupation army at 3:15 a.m. on Wednesday at the Al-Raheb site.”
The statement noted that it was “directly hit, which led to the death and injury of its crew.”
Yesterday, Tuesday, Hezbollah announced the killing of 5 of its members in southern Lebanon, during confrontations with the Israeli army, bringing the party’s death toll during the confrontations after the “Al-Aqsa Flood” operation to 9.
