The Lebanese artist Elissa called for the support of her compatriot, actor Fadi Ibrahim, in the health crisis he is going through, which led to the amputation of the metatarsal on his left leg, and more than one finger on his hand. She said: “Please, let us all stop a great artist who has given a lot to art… but art has not given anything.”
The head of the Lebanese Artists Syndicate, Nima Badawi, also spoke about Ibrahim’s condition after his clinic in the hospital, saying: “His health condition is critical and delicate, but he did not lose his kidney. Rather, he undergoes dialysis twice a week, and this medical procedure he has been undergoing for a year or more, and he is in a room.” Normal, not in intensive care, fully conscious, and as we know him by his smile… When I visited him, he was joking with us and laughing. He is in high spirits and good psychologically.”
