What are the delivery methods?
Deliveries in France are made by Letter followed and Colissimo by (La Poste)
Europe and International are done by DHL and FedEx
How can I track the delivery of my package?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, which will let you know the progress of your delivery.
You can also track your order from “MY ACCOUNT”.
What is the delivery delay ?
Your weekend orders are processed on Monday.
Estimated delivery times (for information only):
- Metropolitan France: 5 – 10 working days
- Europe: 5 – 10 working days
- Rest of the world: 5 – 10 working days
Casewear will do its best to ensure that these lead time estimates are accurate, but cannot guarantee them.
Is the delivery chargeable?
Yes, for international:
For each of your orders, we will tell you the exact amount of shipping costs to pay, once the delivery address has been entered.
Parcel tracking
As soon as your order has been shipped, we will confirm it to you by e-mail and provide you with your parcel tracking number.

For information, from the dispatch of your package, no tracking is available before 24 to 48 hours. Note that this in no way affects the good progress of your package.
