She’s back! There European Waste Reduction Week will be held from Saturday 16 to Sunday 24 November 2024 throughout France but also in Orléans (Loiret) where multiple events are planned.
This year, “Eat better, waste less” is in the spotlight.

- Reusable bottle kombucha making workshop & information on the reintroduction of the deposit – Friday November 22, 2024 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Reuse and recycling counter in Saint-Pryvé-Saint-Mesmin
- Fun activity around the use of “waste” (peeings, ashes, egg shells, etc.) on the market – Saturday November 23, 2024 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the Espace Béraire parking lot at La Chapelle Saint-Mesmin
- Discovery of the “Waste Fresco”, anti-waste pot manufacturing workshop & exchanges -Saturday November 23, 2024 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Re-use and Recycling Counter in Saint-Pryvé-Saint-Mesmin
All week, the Fleury-les-Aubrais Town Hall offers a selection of books on the theme of waste at the Jacobins library.

The Town Hall of La Chapelle Saint-Mesmin also presents, during the opening hours of the Media Library, the “Planet at our table” exhibition, focused on sustainable food. The opportunity to also discover the writings of the participants in the two writing workshops organized beforehand.
