Al-Marsad Newspaper: Egyptian Chef Ghada Al-Tali shared a video clip of an innovative way to prepare crispy “samosa” with pizza filling from toast bread.
The clip showed the chef, as she initially removed the sides of the “toast” and set them aside, to use them in other recipes.
The chef spread the toast with a dough rolling tool, then placed a mixture of mozzarella cheese and olive slices on top of it, and brushed the edges with a mixture of water and flour, until it was sealed in the form of a samosa using a special kitchen tool.
In the end, I put the “toast samosa” in the egg mixture, then the bread crumbs, and fried it in oil and took it out and ate it so it looked crispy and delicious.
