They receive the training 14 personas (13 men and 1 woman).
14 people will acquire the basic skills to mount the infrastructure necessary for the electric vehicle charging, applying the regulations in force and the appropriate work procedures and to carry out basic operations in the assembly and maintenance of renewable energy installations, especially solar, thermal, photovoltaic and small power wind.
They will be carried out 196 theoretical hours, which include prevention of occupational risks in electricity and work at height, in addition to 80 hours of non-labor practices, and 60 hours in which transversal aspects related to the environmental sustainability, the gender perspective, digital skills, and labor rights.
This training is carried out in close collaboration with ASINEM (Association of Installers of the Balearic Islands), which will provide specific training and facilitate the Practices.
